What you’re going through is real. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or trapped in painful cycles of thought or behavior, you're not alone — and you don’t have to figure it out by yourself. I’m a therapist who is passionate about treating OCD using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a gold-standard, evidence-based approach that helps clients reclaim their lives from anxiety, doubt, and fear.
In addition to OCD, I also work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, body image concerns, and depression. Whether you're navigating intrusive thoughts, disordered eating, or a heavy sense of hopelessness, I offer a space that is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in effective treatment.
Therapy with me is action based and focuses on lowering the distress in your life. Together, we’ll build tools for emotional resilience, challenge unhelpful patterns, and work toward a life that feels more free, connected, and meaningful.
“Scream, so that one day, one hundred years from now, another sister does not have to dry her tears, wondering where in history her voice got lost.”
